For the money I paid for this hotel ($140/night), especially when the location was not ideal, the service was rather substandard.
I had made a reservation for one night, and then called Doubletree to extend the reservation to two nights. When I showed up, the reservation was still only for one night. I had to wait until the next day, when I expected to check out, to find out that another room was available.
Upon check in, I was put in a smoking room, despite resquesting non-smoking. The in-room internet was also not working. To their credit, the staff worked to fix the problem, but the entire process took close to one hour.
Room service was decent, but one time the order was delivered incorrectly. And, on the last day of my stay, I had placed a breakfast order on my doorknob, only to wake up and find that it was never collected.
The room was large, but I have received much better service at hotels charging much less money.
