“very kindly staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2014

while visiting muine we stayed at 'cham villas' and 'ananda resort'. ananda resort was vibrant place. it's located near beach, so we saw many kite surfers. but sun bed doesn't have parasol would dazzle in the sun.
but swimming pool was beautiful and the staff was very very kind. Suyaka(we asked him his name) has a nice smile and tried to satisfy our demand. we have a good impression of ananda because Suyaka's kindly warmth of reception.

Room Tip: we stayed delux room included open toilet, so there are many mosquitos in the room.

Thank you for choosing Ananda Resort for your holidays in Vietnam. While we are fogging the resort once a week against mosquitoes, we are currently working on new solutions to make sure that mosquitoes aren't in the way to a perfect holiday ;-)

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 4 nights from 01-05 February in a garden facing bungalow. The staff were all very friendly especially a Chinese man (i think) with amazing English skills and a great smile! There's another woman at the front desk who does not speak great English but is always smiling and friendly! The owner (a French guy) was a bit rude when we made conversation with him to tell him how we thought his resort was beautiful, although he speaks good English he didn't bother making eye contact and just looked really grumpy although I did see him conversing with other French speaking guests in a friendly manner. (Maybe he doesn't like English people). The resort itself is gorgeous very laid back and quiet with a great pool and best part of beach! We stayed in bungalow 13 it was very spacious and had a great shower that has no roof so you can look up into the blue sky and Palm trees! Due to not being completely walled off you do get a lot of Mosquitos and other insects especially ants in your room but nothing major. The beds are very comfortable and get cleaned everyday, there's a tv with cable channels including Disney and also a minibar. The free breakfast in the morning was really good there's a choice of eggs and sausage, toasties, pho, baguette etc they also serve juice, toast and fruit in a buffet style (help yourself) which meant you can fill yourself up as much as you want! The staff at the restaurant on resort were also friendly one lady made my boyfriend some ginger tea when he was feeling sick free of charge. There are a lot of rules at the resort such as pool closing at 10pm, not eating outside food in public areas etc but I think the rules make it the pleasant place it is! We saw staff picking up dead leaves off the grass and rubbish off the beach every morning it really is the cleanest part of the beach. Location is perfect, not difficult to find and is close to great places to eat out etc

we stayed at Ananda for 4 days during our four weeks of travel through SEA. This is a great little resort. With 22 rooms it's rather quiet though in the middle of a lot of restaurants. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful. It's best go swimming right away in the morning as all kiters are coming out at about 11am. There is a kite station directly in front of the hotel. Windsurfing is better on the Eastern part of the beach close to Mui Ne. Food is great and staff is very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is beauifull arranged with flowers and palmtrees (even in the shower), and cozy little bungalows. It´s located next to the beach so you can sit in the restaurant and have breakfast and watch all the crazy kite surfers. Superfriendly staff.

We were a group of 4 friends and a 2 year old child, the location could not have been better. We all wanted to have a great time together but we also had very different activities planned out. 3 of us were into kite surfing - and the kite surf school right on the beach was super helpful, even though we brought our own equipment and the school did not really make any money with us, the beach boys helped us to set up our gear - well done guys - Cam on!!
On the other hand we also had a child with us and for him to run around at the beach or use the cooling pool in the afternoon was just perfect. The Manager even helped us to organize a nanny for the night in case we wanted to go out all together - great effort, very personalized service. The food from the ala cart menu was very good and freshly prepared, only the breakfast i believe could be improved - not in terms of quality - but in terms of more choices of items such as cereal and more different types of fruits, maybe even some cold cuts would be nice.
The rooms are nicely designed and cleaned every day.. the house keeping girls were very friendly and did a great job.
I believe in drinks there could be more choices of wine, we would have had a bottle of wine for every dinner - but unfortunately we dont like dallat wine - which was our only choice...
Again the manager was there every day- checking if we had a good time... great personality - thank you once again for the late check out possibility - we definitely will return and recommend your resort.... Thank you once again for a great time - your staff and yourself worked very hard to please us... well done and see you soon ....

Room Tip: I believe the rooms closer to the sea are the best - really quiet and u r close to the beach and poo...

Lovely and charming resort located right on the beach front. Friendly and helpful staff that speak good English and took great care of me during my staff. The resort has it's own kitesurfing station which apparently is the only one on this beach with certification and insurance. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable with cable TV, new air conditioner units.

Very nice resort! Had a very late check in but got our room real quick without any hassle. Got a garden view bungalow which was very spacious, clean, quiet, and maids clean room daily. Resort is right on the beach and swimming pool is clean. Breakfast was simple, not a big variety, but is good enough. Only downside is there was no sign of the hotel so we had a hard time finding it during our late check in, but throughout our stay they had a sign which looked like it was about to be up in a few days. Overall very good resort and would highly recommend to others!

Thank you very much for your feedback! The signage is up (it's beautiful), and we should be really easy to find now. Looking forward to having you as our guest again!
