“The last and also least”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed December 10, 2013

I had a dinner with my girlfriend few days ago. We wanted to try some local food and we stopped at #79. Bad mistake; the food was horrible: the seafood noodles clearly cooked with ajinomoto (or glutamat) the taste was very chemical; the veal and lamb cut too thin and immediately well done after few seconds on the grill; even the omelette was disgusting. I tried other vietnamese streetfood and was much better. Only positive aspect was the service...3 happy young vietnamese girls.

“Delicious Vietnamese food and friendly service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2013

We had dinner at #79 after having lunch at its sister restaurant #99 the previous day. We had actually just visited another restaurant on the main Mui Ne strip and had been so disappointed with the food that for the first time ever we paid our bill and left after only a few mouthfuls. We decided to play it safe and get the same noodles we'd had at #99 the day before (both restaurants have the same menu). When we arrived though the waiter suggested one of their combo meals instead that included marinated lamb and veal, an omelette, rice and stir fried greens. Everything was super tasty and after eating in both Mui Ne and HCMC over the last 2 weeks my husband still says this was his favourite meal. Sitting on the cute little plastic chairs and tables while the cook barbecues the meat in front of you all adds to the experience. The whole meal cost less than 300k dong for heaps of food and several rounds of beers ... We hope to visit here again one day!

“Quality, cheap food.”

New eatery on main street in Mui Ne. Great atmosphere and value ++ for money. Would recommend to all travellers especially ones watching their spending.
