This is the most perfect resort. Friendly, personal, great bungalows and a kitchen second to none. It has a very special atmosphere and style. The freindly and personal greeting, the resort managet walking around and she really show interest in the guest's well beeing. I you have ever stayed at an Anantara resort, this is the closest you get to it!.

We booked Mui Ne Sailing Club based on the great reviews and it turned out beyond our expectations. It's a mall boutique style resort with beautiful design and landscaping. We stayed in one of their luxury beach bungalows. The room was big (can fit 3 full beds), the bathroom was lovely. Out of the bungalow you have your own private balcony with day bed, furniture and pot plants and this leads straight onto the clean white sand. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast with great selection. The restaurant food was average All the staff at Sailing Club were very polite and helpful. Avoid the weekend unless you want to be in a crowded resort.

It was definetly worth the money and the trip. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Mui Ne.

We spent 5 nights at Sailing Club Mui Ne on a recommendation after not being able to book a flight to Nha Trang for a beach holiday from Da Nang at short notice. We had no really expectations for Mui Ne as it was not on our original itinerary. We spoke to Lizette, the General Manager, via phone from Hoi An, and organised a stay at the Sailing Club. Our 6 y.o. lived in the beautiful pool and we all couldn't believe there was a kids menu! The garden bungalow with outdoor bathroom was also a big hit. Lizette and Duong, were our favourites, making sure nothing was too much trouble, always greeting us by name and with a great smile. The only down side to our trip to Mui Ne was the road trip from HCMC (added to an international flight) and the morning jet skis, a little too close for comfort. We loved the Sailing Club, and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Mui Ne. Food great, beach great, value great, pool awesome, mangement awesome, relaxation factor unbeatable! Make the Trip...Enjoy!

Great atmosphere, very relaxing. The resort is well managed and very clean, the gardens and communal areas are all well maintained. The overall design of the resort is in keeping with a tropical feel and is very laid back.

The breakfasts were good and you wouldnt be left hungry. The restaurant is very good, but maybe not as authentic as other places we had eaten in Vietnam.

It had a nice pool area which is right on the beach, the sea wasnt that inviting as there were a lot of large jellyfish, so the pool was very handy.

The resort also offers organised trips out to the sand dunes, which was worth doing as you get to see a few things on your way.

Would def recommend this to anyone, we wished we could have stayed much much longer!

If you're looking for a quiet, intimate, relaxing resort - you've found it. Set in mature, tropical, and exceedingly well kept gardens, the bungalows are a comfortable combination of traditional and modern design. The facilities - pool, spa, dining etc are top notch and the staff are kind and very friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and laid back - just the antidote for life's stresses. The full body massages will leave you floating above the ground, and the soft ambient music will mellow your mood. The pool is clean, and perfect for a relaxing paddle, or a cool environment from which to sip your cocktail - vigorous swimming is best done in the sea across the sandy beach at the end of the resort.
We booked a deluxe garden bungalow that left nothing to desire. We stayed in the resort for seven days and enjoyed every minute.
If you can, book a bungalow rather than a room.
We've always looked for traditional high end bungalow resorts in places where tourism is just starting to develop. We've been lucky every time and now we can add the Sailing Club to a list of fond memories. Would we go back? Without a moment's hesitation.

Being greeted personally by the manager, who walked us to our bungalow when we arrived with a resort history and information, this set the tone for our whole (10 night) stay.
We splashed out on one of the two beachfront bungalows and didnt regret it.

Food is great
Drinks are relatively cheap (relative to London anyway)
Staff are great
Its very peaceful, which you'd expect from only 29 rooms, and is the little oasis you were wishing for.
If you dont like wind sports then there's not much to do, but then if youre wanting a relaxing holiday and had already spent days tearing around Saigon (like we had) then its bliss.

Just make sure you have the Pho every day for breakfast. There were far too many people eating western food. Boo ! They do a cracking Banh Xeo for lunch too.

We ate dinner out of the resort more than we ate in, but then thats more to do with the amazing quality of food outside on the street than Sailing Club itself.
Make sure you eat at Hoang Vu and Lam Tong. Both awesome.

All in all a pretty perfect holiday, and thoroughly recommended. The beachfront bungalow a worthy extravagance. It was lovely. See pics >>>

This is by far the nicest resort we've stayed at in Asia...large well appointed villa, awesome outdoor bathroom, extremely attentive and friendly staff..there just isn't anything negative about this place! Dominique and Thanh were outstanding and were always there if we needed something. The entire resort is immaculate and grounds were constantly tended to, pool is very clean, absolutely everything was top notch! Food is amazing, and the menu is to die for! There is absolutely no reason to want to eat elsewhere. We were here for 2 weeks, and believe me, the couple meals we ate elsewhere were disappointing and wish we had stayed at the Sailing Club because we knew there our meal would be great. Spa is a little pricier than street massage places, but well worth it. I had one at another place and was disappointed.
Tip: be careful eating outside the resort, as I was ill afterwards. ATMs on the street only work with a PIN of 6 characters or less.
