Foods are fresh with choices of asian/ western at the restaurant. It has romantic scenery, quite and relaxing environment with beautiful beachfront. The garden is well look after and very nice. A lots of coconut trees around the resort. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room service is quick. Room is at reasonable price. Overall, it is a reccommended holiday destination for anyone who wants 4-5 hours trip by car from Ho Chi Minh City.

The resort is offering excellence service. Its staffs are so warm and friendly. The room that we stayed is very large, modern and very clean. The scenery is beautiful and romantic. The food at the restaurant is reasonable priced and they has a lots of variety to choose. Love the breakfast buffet cos they has lots of different foods from western to asian foods. The water inside the pool is clean. The environment is very peaceful, romantic and relaxing that would recommend for honeymooners and old couples. I would take my parents here next time.

We had been to many places in Vietnam. My wife and I spent 2 days at the resort. We've got our room right next to the beach. REALLY LOVE IT... The staffs were so friendly. The place is so romantic and the resort itself is huge. It has all the facilities likes swimming pool, children playground, fitness centre, spas, e,c,t,, Very nice view to the ocean. The seafoods at resort's restaurant are really fresh. I think it the best resort around and really recommend for anyone.

The scenery, landscape and breakfast was nice however nothing else. After travelling for a month in Vietnam we were looking forward to a relaxing stay however this place was anything but relaxing. We paid more than double the price at this place (Muine De Century) than anywhere else in Vietnam and we were given only a quarter of the service. Our first impression when we walked into our room was disappointment as we had just come from a place a third of the price and it was just as nice, however after taking the scenery and pool facilities into consideration we didn't mind. Later into the night our toilet overflowed and most probably a months worth of waste flooded our bathroom floor. We hadn't even used the toilet yet :( Consequently we went straight to reception and informed them, however once we told them they didn't show any recognition they were going to solve the problem and straight away started informing us about the fishing village tour. As their English was quite poor we weren't too sure if they had understood about our toilet situation but it became apparent that they did....they were more interested in promoting sight seeing tours -_-
Not long after we returned to our room and thankfully the toilet had been fixed but not so much the floor. This problem occurred several more times throughout our stay and reception didn't seem to be overly fussed about it. Became very frustrating!!!
In addition we also kept running out of hot water.

During check out I told reception how disappointed we were and would not return, they just stared and smiled. English clearly is not a strong language for them. I showed them all the pictures I took on my of the bathroom and they just found it amusing. I'm not one to complain about petty things but this was just ridiculous. Hoping they'd give us a discount or something they didn't..didn't even get our water for free.

I'm sure they won't go out of business as the resort is full of Russians who raid the buffet each morning and can't move much further than the pool, but they are going to lose so many other travelers.

From the first glance the hotel looked friendly BUT:
* reception is cheating while changing the money, so, carefully check the amount of local money
* in the room: we have damaged the glass-next day they charged us for this (not really a pleasant while staying in 4* hotel)
* breakfast is poor
* not friendly staff: they always expect money from you or lazy, thus not smily, not attentionly... We waited coffe and tea during breakfast forever...
* Internet: doesn't work at the rooms (except superior rooms). Public places are the subject to complain about the quality: once you do, it gets better for a while

Not worth 4 stars for sure...

Nothing was badly wrong with this hotel though nothing was special. We had the best room, suite with own small swimming pool and sea view. Travelling with small children this was great for us. Big pool was nice but we went there seldom because we had this small one just outside of our room.

On arrival, late in the evening, we had to wait for a while to get baby cot which was booked in advance. We also did not get the specialities that were supposed to be included in our room (fruit basket etc). Room was large as promised and there was enough space for kids to play. Hot water was burning hot and you need to be careful with it. AC was not the most powerful but working. Also wifi worked ok.

We appreciated room service. You can order the whole restaurant menu in same price to your room. Restaurant was very reasonably priced and food was good. Complimentary afternoon tea and coffee in the restaurant was very refreshing.

Our kids loved outside play area. Garden was huge.

Beach was not the cleanest one but you can get authentic feeling of fishing village :) Water was also not very bright but of course this is not hotels fault.

Hotel is a bit away from restaurants and shopping places but there were always taxi availeble outside of the hotel.

I could travel here again if I had the same room and small children. But with 4-5 hours car ride, you might get also to better places than Muine.

A rather poorly run hotel .disinterested staff , poor service poor food ,catering for the Russian market. Too far from other shops restaurants . We did discover The Sailing Club , where we ate great meals and wished we had stayed there instead.mui me for us not worth the 51/2 hr trip from HCM
