We enjoyed the New Year's Eve prix fixe dinner. It was expensive but the food was excellent and the wine pairing fit each entrée. The five servings were just the right size. Each course was very good but the beef entrée and the chocolate beignet dessert were fabulous. The strip steak was amazingly tender and flavorful. The beignet was filled with warm Valhrona chocolate which was a good send off on a cold winter's night.
