“Great mistake!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2012

I thought I had booked the Hyatt Place hotel which is right next door to the Hyatt House, but my mistake found a jewel. The Hyatt House is intended for long stays. The rooms have kitchenettes (large refrigerators and dishwashers). The bathroom had a large shower! I didn't hear anyone in the hall all night long. Very quiet! The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was hot, good variety, and well stocked. The breakfast area was large and didn't feel like you were crammed into a left over space of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: We stayed on the third floor.

We just got back from a weekend stay at the Hyatt House and it was, to coin a phrase from my teenage daughter, uh-maz-ing! The Hyatt House is in a great location right off the interstate in a new building that is updated and more upscale than we expected. It has a modern fresh look to it. We were greeted by Edward, who was professional and very helpful from our questions about the hotel and room to area restaurants and entertainment. When we entered our room we were so happy to be greeted what seemed to be a studio city apartment. The was plenty of room. Our stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher) in the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils that could be used for a one day, one week or longer stay. Although we just stayed for the weekend we took advantage of the kitchen. You can even place a grocery list in the morning and staff will deliver to your room. There is also a 24 hour open market in the lobby area. Our living room area held a comfy large sectional couch that housed a fold out bed. The king sized bed was high, comfortable and the bedding was perfect. The bathroom was bright, housed an overly large shower. We used the swimming pool several times and each time it was comfortable and hardly used. The fitness center was also a great asset.
There is a free shuttle that can be used within a 5 mile radius which is nice with high gas prices and parking lots fees.
The breakfast was very good. The coffee was excellent! There was french toast, scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins, sausages, cereal, fresh fruit.

Overall, a great experience! Thank you Hyatt House and Edward!

Wow! Thank you for such a flattering review of your stay with us! It is so nice to see comments like this, as it just really validates all the hard work the staff puts in on a daily basis! I will be sure to pass along your comments to Edward as well. He is definitely an asset to our hotel! Sounds like you had a great weekend getaway and I'm glad we were able to contribute to that in some small way. Thanks again for the nice comments and for choosing the Hyatt House Warrenville! We hope to be of service to you again in the future!! Take Care!

This hotel boasts ample space in each room and includes a kitchen. It is self-described as an extended stay hotel, but this hotel really accommodating for any length of stay. The free shuttle will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius of the hotel; this range includes the Naperville Metra station for quick jaunts into Chicago.
The couches are comfortable and include a fold out bed. The bed itself is wonderful to sleep on. My only complaint is one of the vents in the room is pointed right at the bed. This can make a guest either really hot or really cold depending on the temperature setting on the thermostat.
The bathrooms are terrific!

Thank you so much for the nice comments about our property. I'm glad you mentioned that it is great for any length of stay as I sometimes believe people think of us only for extended stay needs. Glad you enjoyed the bathrooms as that is my favorite feature of the rooms as well. I wish my bathroom at home was as nice! Thanks again and we hope to see you soon!

Stayed 4 nights at the Hyatt House in Warrenville in preparation for our daughters wedding. I booked a block of rooms at the nearby Wyndham for most of our guests but needed more space that the Hyatt offered. Now wish I had used the Hyatt for all our guest. I reserved a 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom, and studio for our immediate family needs. All were clean and spacious. While our kitchen use was minimal their presence was much appreciated. The breakfast was always consistent and the attendant warm and helpful. The evening social was equally pleasant - both nice perks. The Desk staff were polite and helpful. Katherine & Heather attended to needs quickly and politely. We used the fitness facilities and found them adequate and clean as well.
Our daughter lives in nearby Wheaton. I will not hesitate to call the Hyatt House "Home" on subsequent visits.

Room Tip: Stayed on the 5th floor. Did not experience any sound issues described by other reviewers.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and by far the largest and most well lit bathroom I have seen. The staff's smile and genuine sincerity make this a hotel that I will return to when coming back to the napierville area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Hyatt House in Warrenville was one of my most pleasant hotel experiences to date. I attend school nearby and several friends wanted to come and visit me for the weekend. My dorm room could not house all of us, so we decided to get a room and split the cost. The room was very nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the couch was firm and restful. The kitchen is a great plus. The pool area was nice, though it could have been a bit bigger and there was no hot tub. Too bad it wasn't warmer or else the outdoor patio looked like a very inviting place to sit and chat for a while.

Room Tip: If there are four of you, a king room is all you need. The sofa is a sofa sleeper. Cannot go wrong h...

This hotel is in the process of changing its name to Hyatt House. I got an awesome deal on Priceline and got a two room suite that included to bedrooms with king size beds, a living room with a pull out sectional, kitchen and two bathrooms. This was a perfect one night getaway with kids. The hotel is a year old and is in excellent condition. Staff were very accomodating and friendly. Free hot breakfast in the morning. The room is clean and has 3 flat screens, a DVD player and hook ups for video games, if you so desire. I would highly recommend this hotel.
