This hotel was the first stop on our cross country trip and after driving for 14 hours that day it was a great place to kick back and relax. The pool and hot tub were inviting and we took advantage of it. The room was clean and comfortable and I would definately stay there again on our next big trip.

would not stay here again. Would go next door to the red roof inn. The pool was cold the breakfast was old milk sour. Our towels we stained. This was a very bad stay

This a great hotel if you need somewhere that is not too far from St Louis. Its a 20 minute drive to the city and is located next to the main road leading to St Louis. The staff are great, and are willing to have a chat at any time, the free breakfast is decent if you ever make it down in time if your not lazy like me !!! The Tv is alryt too many religous preachers on at night trying to convert you, but has alot of good sports channels on. The hotel has free internet for browsing at anytime. The hotel is very quite and safe at night. If you need food or drink late at night or during the day there are three or more outlets right on your doorstep, or you can phone for a pizza. Theres a bar across the road not sure what its like but if you need a beer... What more could you want !!!!

Other than a minor registration mixup (which was handled well), we had no issues whatsoever with our one-night stay here. Motel was clean and quiet, rooms are well-furnished, beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was excellent and service was fine. If a nice, big pool is your most important consideration, stay elsewhere. If that's not important to you, you can't go wrong with the Holiday Inn Express in Troy.
