Our group stayed at this hotel for a basketball tournament, for 2 consecutive evenings. Great for a team on the go (eat-play-eat-watch game footage-sleep). The check in staff was very helpful in compiling a room list of our athletes as they checked in to help our coaches to keep track of our families. The pool and the hot tub were enjoyed by several of our families, as was the hot breakfast, which is a necessity for teams on the go with early morning games! There was a large enough common area to convene and socialize over meals for most of the team, and a meeting room area near the commons to provide more space. The staff was very accommodating about starting breakfast slightly earlier for our group, and allowing us to use the meeting room area for our team dinner, as well as recommending a nice restaurant for us to order from. The staff even supplied us with serving utensils.

The guest laundry was convenient for all of our uniform washing needs, and the individual guest rooms were very nice! Clean, tidy, with comfy beds, reliable heat/AC (you'd be surprised at the number of hotels where this is not the case) and accessible to those in our group using walkers and wheelchairs, including the bathrooms. The Best Western staff also did a good job at keeping our rooms together: of our 18 rooms, 6 were on the 1st floor and 12 on the 3rd floor, with 16/18 rooms adjacent to at least one other team room, which is good considering that they were fully booked the night we checked in.

There were only two concerns that I know of on our trip. 1) In the room I stayed in and at least one other, the showers in the bathroom were very slippery with not much to hold on to, which is a fine wake up call to start your morning! I would highly suggest caution here. 2) We originally had 19 rooms, but one of our families cancelled their stay due to illness during our trip. We were unable to cancel their room, which was disappointing but did not effect the overall quality of our stay.
Bottom line: Affordable, and great value for the quality of service/ rooms we received. Excellent accommodation of groups. Would stay here again for area tournaments, and would recommend to others.
