Just visited this hotel to visit our daughter in Evanston. This was close to her. A little bit hard to understand directions at website, but we did find it. Not a bad location for restaurants and there is a small strip mall with grocery store (Jewel) across the street.
We were a party of 4. Our two teenage boys and ourselves had trouble sleeping in double beds. I could not book queenbeds. The rooms seemed clean enough, but dark and in need of updating. We did not use the pool. We just needed one night to sleep, but none of us got any because we were too crowded.
The one bright spot was the big breakfast they serve in their restaurant free. You must enter though lobby. That made the room rate more reasonable and filled teenaged boys. I only picked this because Evanston hotels were off the charts. I wouldn't look forward to staying here but, if I had no other choice I would.
