Emergency unplanned stay at this Hampton Inn. The hotel itself is Hampton Inn standard, very pleasant, the staff very nice. Not a whole lot within walking distance however, there is an Italian restaurant called Toscano's that will come pick you up, and their food was very good. While a shuttle is provided to and from the airport, it is an outside company that proved unreliable for us.

We had to wait 45 minutes at the airport (at 30 below) before getting picked-up, even after calling a hour before. The front desk person (George) was extremely rude when contacted about the delay. Our ordeal didn't end there. We had to change room a couple of times because first there were BUGS crawling all over the sheets so they put us in a different room that wreaked of pet smell. So, we were moved to a third room on the third floor where the toilet won't flush. That was fixed soon however it was 9:30 PM before all of this was over. The whole thing felt so unreal and as if they were playing pranks on us. With my two young children I am not going to visit this place ever again, and highly recommend you consider other places.

I arrived in Chicago after a very long international flight. The complimentary shuttle was right outside, as far as I know they run very frequently.
Got to the hotel quickly, the check-in was very fast and easy. My room was very nice and clean, the bed was huge and comfortable.
The free breakfast was also great and the buffet seemed really well maintained.
The check-out was just as efficient and my shuttle back to the airport for my next flight arrived within 10 minutes of my request.
Overall, it seemed like a very well run hotel. Great job by employees.

Excellent room and very convenient to Airport. Room was clean and very modern. Business Center was excellent and easy to use. Complimentary Breakfast had a good selection of items. the Hotel is very convenient to OHare. The price was very reasonable given the convenience and the cleanliness.

Great! Everything clean and ready, no problems at all. Dependable and a solid value for the money. A good location for turning in our rental car in the morning and catching the shuttle home. Hampton is part of Hilton Honors!

We spent one night here and it was very nice. Comfortable and clean. Right across the street from Ace Car Rental where we rented a car after arriving from South America. Slept well. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was also good with a good selection.

We've used several O'Hare hotels for park and fly packages and this stay was the best we've found. We stayed at this hotel both before we flew and when we returned. Shuttle service was excellent. They use the Thrifty car rental shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. The hotel was very nice, the rooms large,clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Because it was very cold-they even had complimentary ice scrapers available. For those who leave early or are in a hurry, they provide breakfast to go bags. The only criticism might be the limited parking spaces available.
