We took advantage of the Park and Fly package, on our way to the Bahamas. We are regular Sheraton customers, so thought it would be perfect.
This was the worst Sheraton we've stayed in. Starting with the freezing cold lobby, dark atmosphere, bad layout, etc. The enclosed parking area's gate was wide open, which wasn't a good sign for a secure area, especially at the late hour we arrived.
The room was old, the bathroom had hairs all over the floor and bathtub.
The pool was darkly lit and dingy.
The shuttle driver barely spoke english and was very rude. He failed to inform all of the passengers on the airline that we were flying on that we were at our stop, so at the end of the trip he said we had to get off and take a train back to our terminal. He new darn well what airlines we needed to get off at and just let us stay on. And he picked up some random woman passenger along the way who sat next to him up front.
When we returned, the code that was given to us had expired, so we had to go all the way back to the lobby to get a new code.
We will NOT stay at this hotel again!
