I landed here when my airline canceled a flight and had to put me up overnight. The overall impression is grubbiness. Sort of typical for airport hotels, the place looks beat-up and high mileage. I supposedly had a renovated room, but it already showed signs of heavy use, to the point where I was afraid to sit on the bedspread.
There were a few bright spots:
-Front desk staff was friendly, and happily provided me with complimentary toiletries when I explained my luggage was MIA
-Room service was (unexpectedly) fairly high quality, with really good salsa accompanying the quesadilla I ordered.
-Shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and courteous
