Overall, the hotel was disappointing but not in the areas you would normally expect.
The good things include the comfortable sleep number bed, free WIFI and a fairly comfortable room (ignoring the rip in the carpet). The location is good and restaurants are close by.
The very disappointing feature is on service - therre are quite a few employees who just do not speak English. While this is ok in some areas where contact with customers is not required, this was very frustrating in the restaurant. I saw several people actually walk out because they could not qet their basic questions answered. I ate several breakfasts / dinners there as I was attending a workshop at the hotel ... and the service was terrible and the length of time to be served unacceptable. My coffee for breakfast actually showed up as I was getting up to pay my bill.
Just a warning if you are thinking of holding a seminar there or using their conference rooms for a business meeting. The rooms are in the main hallway which can be very noisy and disruptive at times. Go somewhere else.
Overall ..... rooms are ok, location is good .... but service and the restaurant are pretty bad. They need to get English speaking personnel into their customer service positions.
