This hotel is nestled in the best shopping in the Chicago suburbs! Ikea, Woodfield Mall, Streets of Woodfield, and many more great stores are very close by. The rooms are big with microwaves and refrigerators. Each work space has a ceiling fan which is a very nice touch since the A/C is in the next room. The A/C was very noisy and kept waking me up. The thermostats are difficult to figure out and are not accurate. The rooms are very clean and modern. Lighting in the bathroom was sufficient. And best of all -- a real, ergonomically correct, newer desk chair!!!! Breakfast was great -- hot and fresh food! Staff were very nice and helpful! The hotel was very quiet and filled with business travelers.

We chose this property for the first night of a short vacation due the location in Schaumburg, a good stopping point on the way to our final destination, and the proximity to IKEA. Overall, we were happy with the property, but had two complaints. First, we requested foam pillows since my wife is allergic to feathers. The front desk clerk at check-in was very friendly and said that he would take care of it. When we returned to the hotel later after shopping, the pillows were not changed out. We then asked the night clerk to take care of it, and she managed to find three foam pillows from other rooms in the hotel. We asked for a couple more foam pillows and she basically said "tough" since the hotel was fully booked and we were not in a feather-free room (although I booked it that way initially). I ended up sleeping on feathers next to my wife, which was not ideal. Also, the bed was very hard and not very comfortable, but that is based on my personal liking, not a problem with the hotel.

we had a reunion Ice Breaker evening at this Marriott. What a great staff one of our classmates needed help, she was on crutches. The staff was so help bringing in all her item and making sure she was all set up. the staff was great rooms very clean

Stayed there for three nights. Lots of options in Schaumburg, and around Woodfield mall.

We picked this place based on the fact that it was recently renovated, and the reviews of other TA travelers.

The front desk staff were very efficient and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. There's a good washer/dryer room in the hotel. And hot coffee available 24 hours a day.

The breakfast options are limited, but overall adequate.

I would stay there again.
