This hotel was the best! It has the perfect location, easy access to area attractions, clean rooms, excellent front desk personnel, and the housekeepers did a great job of taking care of our rooms. The free breakfast was kept full, and plenty tables to accomodate everyone. There was lots of parking, and also a complimentary shuttle van. We found this hotel to give you plenty for your money- a true value! Stay here once, and you will be sure to return! Thanks!

My parents have been staying in this hotel for years and know the staff. They recommended this hotel for us all to stay in during our visit to Chicago and we have been thoroughly impressed. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel offers a ton of amenities along with free internet. If you forget your essentials, they provide them. The service is fantastic. Wilma, the hotel manager, is extremely accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Although it's a bit of a drive to get to the downtown Chicago area, La Quinta is a great bargain for a reasonable price! It's centrally located in Schaumburg and within walking distance to the Woodfield Mall. There are some great restaurants in the area. I look forward to staying here in the future.

Our bus tour was directed to park the bus on a lot beside the hotel along with another tour bus. Unknown to us the lot did not belong to LaQuinta. During the night, the other groups' bus was towed. When the tow company was unsuccessful in towing our vehicle, they attempted to break into it doing over $500 in damage. The door lock was jammed so we lost the use of the vehicle for the day. LaQuinta refuses to accept responsibility for directing us to park in that lot and will not pay the damages.

We stayed for 2 nights at the LaQuinta in Schaumburg, IL. It was just OK. I paid $55. a night through the La Quinta website. The hotel itself is not in the best of shape. We always had to call the front desk to get towels for the pool. They did not have our room cleaned when we returned around 2:30/3:00in the afternoon. The continental breakfast was typical.... could use more room for eating/serving. While it is very close to a great shopping center, I most likely would try to get another hotel if I am in the area again.
