I just tried the brand-new Saigon for the first time and had a delicious bowl of pho (traditional Vietnamese soup) that rivalled what I've had in Chicago. All the meats were cooked to tender, tasty perfection and my spring rolls were excellent too. The servers seemed a little inexperienced and rushed, but were friendly and tried hard. The space was comfortable, divided up by booths into many smaller, more intimate spaces. I will definitely be back to try more.
