I have stayed here 4 times using their park and fly package. The place is great for that. The shuttle runs on time, the rooms are clean, and everything works out fine. Thats why I keep going back.

Close to the airport, Shuttle bus every 15 min. Great staff and a real clean place to stay.

My parents, my husband and I stayed at this hotel due to all the hotels in Chicago were booked for some reasons. I was little bit nervous to take my parents to stay there since My parents who are so used to stay in luxury hotels all over the world and expect excellent services. I explained to them the reasons we could not stay in any of those luxury hotels in chicago and they were okay with it. So we took them there for two nights staying. My husband and I had a king size bed room, so as my parents. I was really surprized with my parents' reactions. They actually liked it well. THey thought the room was clean, spacious, good view, yet very quiet for how close to the airport. I also had to agree with my parents' view on this hotel. Everything was very clean, quiet, quick to help you. Bathroom was pretty spacious. Cleaning ladies came daily to change the linens, towels, shampoos, etc. There was a refrig in the room which also helped.
Very close to the airport and transportation to the airport seemed pretty well organized even though we took our own car. So I would defenitely recommend for the future guests to stay there for quiet, clean and spacious room for what they are asking for a night.

The rooms in this hotel seem small. The one I stayed in had no closet just a small hanging space in the entertainment center. Otherwise the rooms were clean and would be great for a night or two. There was a sink fridge and microwave in the room which was nice.
The front desk attendants were at best rude, especially the young man that worked there at night. Surprisingly quiet rooms for being so close to the airport and free high speed internet. Over all not a bad value, staff attitude would have helped the overall stay.
