We stayed here 4 nights with our 15 month old twins. Although when we made the reservations we were told that cribs were not a 100% guarantee we kept our reservation and rented cribs from and outside vendor. It turned out cribs are a 100% guarantee and I was misinformed. Anyhow, housekeeping was very cognizant of my kids nap schedule and cleaned our room out of sequence as soon as we left for breakfast even though we were second to last on her schedule. She also swung by at the end of her shift to collect the garbage a second time for obvious reasons. The dining staff was equally attentive making sure high chairs were accessible and clean. Overall I think this was a lovely hotel and recommend it to families with young children.

We stayed one night after arriving quite late after an international flight into O'Hare. The suite provided good space for a family, housekeeping brought the requested crib very quickly. We all enjoyed our breakfasts and a swim in the pool. Parents particularly enjoyed that the breakfast and the pool opened quite early and we didn't have to spend too long waiting for them to open (kids' bodies were still on European time). We had a slight problem with shutter service from the airport but management was very apologetic and did its best to rectify the situation the next day.

Although there is nothing spectacular about this hotel, it is consistent with the brand. The location is a little difficult to find as there are three Hilton brand hotels all next to each other. The breakfast is of high quality. The shuttle service to and from the airport is great, They have a nice park and fly feature - for a few extra $ you can keep your car in their covered lot and the shuttle will bring you back. It is a huge savings over parking on Ohare grounds.

Shuttle was not easy to find although this seems more of an issue with the airport and their signage. I telephoned the hotel and asked for some directions to the shuttle pickup but the member of staff I spoke to was a bit short with me on the phone and did not help me find it. Lucky for me a CPD officer helped me out and sent me in the right direction.
Shuttle trip to the hotel was quick.
Check-in was OK and no surprises.
Room was standard for an Embassy Suites. No complaints.
Breakfast was also complaint free. Check out and shuttle back to the airport went smoothly.
Overall, it was what I expected but I felt a bit let down when I telephoned for assistance. I would probably not return to this hotel.
