The Clock tower was a great place to stay for the weekend.
The staff was very friendly at all times.
The rooms were clean! Very clean. The only downfall was the room had 2 double beds instead of queen, but let me tell you they were the most comfortable double beds we have ever slept in. The air conditioning was perfect, and the coffeemaker worked good and made great coffee. TV was big so that was nice.
The place is pretty big and has an indoor/outoor pool plus a jacuzzi indoors. The best part is that connected to the hotel is an indoor water resort called Coco Key. It is brand new and we had a blast there with the kids. It is geared toward children, but there were 3 water slides for adults too. Plus two nice size jacuzzis. Coco Key also has a nice little bar for drinks and snacks. You can have a drink while the kids play!
The location (hotel) is nice too, because their are many restaraunts near by. Hotel is Very easy to get too off of the interstate 39.
There is an on site place to eat...sit down...and it was ok. Nothing to rave about. Prices weren't bad tho for a hotel. The breakfast buffet is free for kids staying at the hotel.
Nice place!

Hotel is not clean and staff do not have customer service skills. Our reservations were lost and we had a struggle getting a room. We learned that it is routine practice for them to overbook as they expect some people will not show up. Manager offered no assistance. We finally got to check into our rooms a little after 6pm cause that is when our rooms were finally cleaned. However, thier clean and everyone else's clean is another thing. There was mold on the shower curtains, carpets are dirty and indoor pool and ot tub (not CoCo Key's) were dirty.

This is cheesy fun for kids. Our's loved the indoor waterpark. However, it is really easy to burn through money at the snack bar. Whatever you do, do NOT order anything from the restaurant. My son ordered a steak and a hamburger on separate occasions and they were horribly bitter (charred?) If you are hungry there are oodles of places to eat in the surrounding area.

I want to start by saying we would go back for sure and also to see beyond the minor complaints to what was a really nice time with our kids close to home for a reasonable price. We got a great rate on a room here and decided to give it a try. We went with friends who had read the reviews and were a little skeptical. But, all in all, it was a nice place. The restaurant is good, kids eat free which is nice especially when they don't eat! The pools were nice. The starbucks is a nice touch. They DO need to work on some logistical issues, like the wait to check in and the constant key card issues. We had also requested adjoining rooms, a request they said they would fill and then after waiting an hour said they could not. They were very busy and we tried to be understanding, but we were very disappointed. They seem to be understaffed for the amount of people being attracted by the water park. The water park is really great, not Wilderness, Kalahari, or Great Wolf great, but still really nice and manageable for the younger ones. We would definitely go back!

The new addition to the water park is ok for younger kids up to 6 years. The hotel had to say the least issues. The carpet is disguisting, the rooms look like they havent been renovated since 1970. Do they even have housekeepers?

The arcade is a total rip off. We spent $30 dollars to get 20 tickets to redeem for 2 stickers and a plastic set of teeth.

The pool and hottubs need to be cleaned much more frequently. Walking in the pool area without any shoes on was absolutely disguisting. Sand was all over the bottom of the hottub.

Stay away from this one. Pay the little extra money and go somewhere else.
