The playground equipment was freshly painted with bright primary colors and a brand-new basketball hoop was in place. The children really seemed to enjoy the bouncy big pillow. The pool had a lot of brand-new furniture and it was really hot, so it was well-used! There are three new cabins. We found the camping areas and the playground to be freshly mowed and well-groomed. We are "regulars" as we visit Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekends, each year. (along with two or three other camping families) The newly added satellite TV hook-ups at each campsite is a welcome new addition. The wifi seems to work better in the daytime hours. Other than the folks who are co-hosts, we did not see any sign of anyone living there full-time in their campers as mentioned in another review. Occasionally, we have found extended stay visitors who are there for a construction job or something like that.
Very "out of the way" and far from highway and city noises. We have reservations for our next visit.
