I stayed at this hotel from Thursday, May 15 through Sunday, May 18. Originally, I had two separate reservations because my plans had changed and I needed to add an extra night. When I called to add the night, the hotel was booked for non-smoking rooms and only had a smoking room available, so I took it.

Upon check-in on Thursday night, I asked if I could remain in a non-smoking room for the duration of my stay. An employee Matthew told me that it wasn’t possible. I was disappointed but understood.

The next morning, I decided to try again. This time, I encountered Jason, who was very friendly and listened to my concerns. He immediately took it upon himself to try to accommodate me. Jason was extremely pleasant and very professional. I commented to him how much I appreciated his time and he told me that he considers taking care of his guests as his number one priority! It certainly showed. He really thought outside the box, and was creative in finding a way for me to have a non-smoking room for the duration of my stay.

In my opinion, Jason represents customer service at its finest. He is friendly, understanding, capable, and professional. I really felt that I mattered to him, and that I was his only guest. It was very heartwarming and refreshing to see that excellent customer service still exists!

My room was clean, comfortable, quiet and roomy. The pool was nice and warm and clean also. The breakfast bar, which was complimentary, had cold and hot breakfast items. The young lady who ran it was extremely pleasant and friendly. There were also complimentary newspapers to read. There was a desk in the lobby with complimentary internet access and a bookshelf to borrow books from. Coffee was available 24 hours.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The price was reasonable and the staff friendly.

As a mother of six planning a wedding can be extremely stressful. My expereince with Country Inn & Suites was the complete opposite of that. They made my daguther's wedding a dream come true. The staff and managemnet at the hotel was both professional and creative. They had everything in line and knew what was expected of them. The reception was beautiful and relaxing. Karen Lair, the events coordinator, made the evening go so smoothly. The staff always wore a smile on their face and greeted our guest so graciously. We had a small festivity before the reception for a small group on another floor. The staff members did an outstanding job making sure the appetizers were fully replenished and directing our guest on where to go. I was so pleased with how smooth and relaxing my daughter wedding went in September that I booked Country Inn & Suites for our next daughter's wedding in June. Our guest who had stayed at the hotel enjoyed themselves and were very pleased with their stay. This is my third child to get married and this was the first reception that I was able to enjoy myself and relax, thanks to the well trained staff!

We stayed here b/c it was a 20 min drive from Hannibal and everything there was booked due to a festival. Hands down this was one of the best continential breakfasts I have seen. Everything was spread out and well stocked and extremely clean. The lady in charge, I believe her name was Julie, talked to people, gave directions, answered questions, and make fresh waffle batter. I booked the two room King suite b/c I mistakenly read it as a two bedroom suite. But even with the pull-out couch, there was plenty of room. The room was very simple, clean and spacious. My only wish was that maybe a little more insulation or soundproofing. We were awaken at 6:30 by the shower next door and their kids running amuck. I was looking forward to sleeping until 8 for once but that is what happens, I guess.

My wife and I had our Wedding Reception here and all of our family members stayed here as well. Our reception room was perfectly decorated and set up just the way we had imagined and they did such a wonderful job helping things run smooth which took a lot of stress away from my wife and me. The hotel itself was beautiful; there is a staircase that my wife and I had pictures taken on which turned out amazing. And the rooms were huge, clean and quite. Staying at this hotel made us feel like we were somewhere else. The staff was wonderfully hospitable and really made our day that much more special, Thank You!
