I booked my trip two months in advance. Supposedly, I paid in advance through the Web site and got a great deal.Well, come to find out I got charged another rate afterwards. My bill was reportedly around $94, but come to find out it will end up being $140 for three days! I could have stayed at the Holiday Inn with an indoor pool for that much!
Additionally, the place is gross (cheap is one thing), but nasty is another. The complimenary breakfast was so disgusting it was not even funny. I made the mistake of ordering the saugage and biscuits. There might have been a saugage when it was originally made the week before, but it did not taste like it when I got it. The buscuits were hard as rocks and cold as well.
Then to top things off, I got a charge for a phone call that I never made. I made two calls from my room that were not on my cellphone - both of them to the local cab company. I doubt if it is outside the local calling area. Yes, the place is cheap, but across the street is a Holiday Inn - I think I'd take my chances there!

One of the worst Days Inn's we've ever stayed at - probably enough to prevent us from staying at another Days Inn in the future. Outside the place looks very dated and in need of repairs. Reminded us of the $24.99/night family motel. Lobby and elevator smelled, but of very different odors. Trash all over. Sheets were quite thin, chair was stained badly and room in general need of upkeep and repair.

My relatives from out of town stayed here once, and we visited them at the motel. (we're from quincy) The motel was very dirty and the pool's paint was chipping. My uncle said the brealfast was nothing special, and the coffee was cold. The only good thing was the location-there were some nice views of the river. I know there are better places to stay in Quincy.

I agree with the other posters here and wish I had read this site before booking this room. We book through Hotels and thought we had a good deal. Light in the room did not work, "hot" free breakfast consisted of 1/2 loaf of bread and a 1/2 pot of coffee. The bathroom vanity was warped, trash all over the property. The staff had no idea how to turn the pool lights on, drunks with glass all over the pool area. No maid service to speak of and little hope of getting towels. Coffee maker in the room but materials were never replenished. No ice to speak of in the ice machines that worked. One other guest told me she had been there 7 days and had there room cleaned once. I wrote to Days Inn and complained and got 25% discount on my next stay at that property. Yippee. Will not use it. They even gave one gals room away before her check in time. Not the best place to stay unless you just want a lumpy bed to sleep in.

We were originally over charged for the room and have yet to get any type of refund, just run around.

Only good thing about our stay is that our 13 year old son saved another child from drowning. My advise is to pay a few extra dollars and find another hotel to stay in.
