“Best service ever!”

I travel frequently with a school group and in 5 years, this hotel has provided us the best service. Very friendly staff, they altered the breakfast times significantly so my students could eat before competing the next day, went to great lengths to allow us to print evidence to use in our competitions, and the manager was fabulous! The school check got lost in the mail. Not only did he NOT charge my personal credit card, he was amazingly patient and gave me enough time to get a new check cut and mailed to the hotel. Once he did get the check, he sent me a personal email letting me know that he recieved it, and had attached new invoices from the room. This is more than I've ever had a hotel do in years of traveling. Definitely worth the cost of the rooms and will stay there every time I'm in the area.

We apologize that your stay was less then satisfactory. Several of our rooms have older air conditioning/heating units that must be set by the season. The units were set for heating in November as it is generally colder here at that time. All employees are trained in changing these settings if requested. We will review this issue with the entire staff so that we may serve our guests better.

“Super 8 stay”

The hotel was nice but it would have been better if they had more variety for breakfast like eggs or waffles instead of just cereal, milk, juice, coffee, bagel and cinnamon roll.
