“Very informative”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2014

Great museum. They have so many things from the different wars. It doesn't matter if you are a veteran or not this museum is interesting to everyone. I took my 10 year old grandson and he was just amazed by it all. They have gentlemen there that will explain everything to you and will spend the entire visit with you if you'd like them to. They are all volunteers and do a fantastic job and have so much knowledge. I personally liked seeing all the uniforms with the actual picutres and names of the person who worn that uniform. They have military gear, weapons, flags, etc.

A small museum with much history to tell.

The museum has collected uniforms and other war items for ten years.

“So much more than a Museum”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2013

Livingston County War Museum goes beyond a static display ! Many of the uniforms have the actual soldiers name and their story with dates of service and some are accompanied by their photos. This important part of our American History should not be missed.

“We honor them”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 9, 2013

Every branch of service is represented men and women. The artifacts are well maintained and the staff veterans themselves have the most interesting stories about some of the members from Livingston County. It makes it all the more memorable because of these personal stories.
