This place was disappointing for a Holiday Inn.
First, there is a dimly lit and hidden parking garage adjacent to the hotel, it is free for guests with validation.
Second, you better be able to take a shower in less than 5 minutes or like cold ones. The warm (not hot) water lasts approximately 3 minutes. This was a problem for the other three people in my group as well.
The hotel could use a renovation, the rooms are a little dark and dated. The bathrooms are tiny. My second floor room had a beautiful view of the parking deck and lobby roof. Oh yeah, and let's not forget the pigeons who attack your windows.
The staff however, are wonderful. When I asked for change to buy some water, they provided me with complimentary bottles. Check in and out were prompt and very friendly.
