This little gem in Oak Park has the freshest gourmet food in the western suburbs.
The bread is fresh and warm. The appetizers, like the baked brie or crab cakes and a salad or soup (our favorite is the amazing shrimp bisque) is sufficient, however, they serve my favorite ever seared tuna with wasabi sauce. Their vegetables are always fresh and they are great about substitutions. My husband loves the pasta dishes and my son the steaks. Yes, it is not that much of a kid's restaurant, but their are plenty of those in the Oak Park area. The owner and waiters are very accommodating and friendly. We love it!
