We've been to this particular Logans several times. My husband and I have gone alone and we've gone in groups witn our inlaws.
Of every time we went, we only had slow service once. That was right after they opened and the staff was still learning.
We went in for lunch today, and because they were busier than expected, the manager waited on us. He did everything from taking our orders to delivering our food and topping off our drinks.
At the end of the meal, the man who should have been our waiter came over to bring the bill. He smiled at us and said the manager told him to give us this - and opened an empty bill folder.
Because we had to be waited on by management, because the wait staff was swamped, the manager chose to give us our meal for free.
We didn't have to wait at all for service and there were no problems or complaints. He just chose to give us the meal on the house for what he apparently felt was an inconvenience, though we had no complaints.
It says alot about management if the choose to actually wait on customers themselves.
So, stop in, tell them Hi and have 'The Logan' and enjoy.
