This Hampton is located next to highway and many restaurants in a business district. It's clean and been remodeled nicely. Outside pool was nice on a 95 degree day but had to ask for towels. The AC unit has to run all the time if u turn it off it gets too hot (they should've replaced these when they remodeled). I'm Diamond Hilton Honors and always have fridge and microwave but none at this location. Internet would constantly stop then you'd have to wait about 20 mins before it'd come back.

In town for a wedding at the Danada House. This was one of the hotels at which the bride and groom had made arrangements for the guests. The location could not have been better, the room was very nice, and breakfast was tasty with good variety.

Another consistent Hampton experience meaning it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Friendly staff. Healthier snacks in some of the vending machines. The location makes it easy to access the local community by car, but is in more of a business park area meaning no restraunts within walking distance. It did make for a calm setting. Good coffee.

We recently stayed on the main floor close to the lobby. We were extremely tired and planned on "sleeping in" to maybe 8:00am. At 6:00 am I was suddenly awakened to a loud thumping noise that sounded like a washing machine spinning off-balance. I waited patiently for it to stop, but after 30 min. I called the front desk. It did stop then. I later discovered that our room was right next to the fitness center and the noise was a guest running on the treadmill! Very poor planning. Either move the fitness center away from guest rooms or buy a quieter treadmill! Unbelievable!

Room Tip: Stay on the upper levels or away from the fitness center.

We spent 4 days at this hotel in early August 2013. The folks at the front desk were excellent! They were always very positive and helpful. They were very attentive and patient with all our questions. We required some special attention for the more senior members of our party and they went out of their way to do everything possible to meet the requests. We asked a number of questions about nearby places to eat and they always provided information that aligned with our request. We followed their recommendations and were very pleased. While the hotel itself is located in a business park it is very close to a wide range of restaurants and stores. We also enjoyed the lobby area with all the various seating arrangements as it provided a place where we could sit and chat. We had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to stay there again.

Currently staying in this hotel as I type this. My husband travels for his job and is a Hilton diamond member. Location is nice, not too far from Chicago but far enough that its in a very quiet and safe area. Plenty of nice upscale restaurants within walking distance. Hotel overall is very clean and the staff is friendly. Downside is that we've had to ask for things that should already be available. Went down at 11am to the pool area and had to go back in and wait for them to call maintenance to open it (supposed to be open at 9am). Went to the beverage area and usually there is ice water. There was none sitting out so I asked someone if they had any and was told to check in the workout room. Went to the workout room and they did have a water dispenser but it was empty. I really hate being that person that is always asking for stuff, but things like that should be checked and taken care of daily. Also there are no refrigerators in the rooms. This is an ok hotel for a one night stay, but if you're staying longer than one night I'd pick a different one.

Room was unclean and when approaching the staff they had a "do not care attitude". I asked multiple times for the issues to be addressed and they fell by the wayside. I contacted Hampton Inns direct and the manager was supposed to call me - still waiting - 10 days later!!!!!!!!! I would not stay here again and advise others to avoid also.

My sincerest appologies, concerning your recent stay with us, lack of service and the uncaring attitude of the staff. This is certainly unacceptable and not indicative of how we do business and treat our most valued guests.

I did not receive notification of this particular incident until this morning and would like to either refund your money for your stay OR have sent to you a Be My Guest certificate good for any Hampton property.
