The heat was noisy, room was either burning up or super cold. Smelled strongly of bleach! Toilet didn't work! They even left a note saying to hold handle down to flush. The cable wasn't hooked up, my boyfriend had to hook it up. There was hardly any variety in the breakfast. Waffles (which tasted funny), toast, bagles, and oatmeal. Was charged a pet fee when i didn't even have a pet in the room! She was in my vehicle, never once went into the room but the housekeeper lied and said she was. I live in moline and we just go a room because my apartment was too small for us to stay in, so the dog stayed at the apartment and we stayed at the hotel. i went and picked up the dog at 6am, she was outside the whole time that we were getting ready to leave but they had the nerve to charge me for it. Like i said NEVER staying there again. ill take my business elsewhere.

We requested a smoking room and I think this is the first time we have a smoking room with windows closed. It was very very uncomfortable for us to breath inside the room I had to leave the room entrance door open for couple of hours during the day to let the smoke go out of the room. If we will go back to this hotel we'll going to get a non smoking room which I think you can breath more better with all those windows closed.
I would like to mention the second night at this hotel we couldn't get into our room because the door got blocked and we had to wait more than 35 minutes for someone to unlock the door. I have to add the guy who came to unlock the door was nice and gave us another room key to go to another room and wait there until he was done to unlock the door. But we preferred to wait on the hallway until he finish. I will recommend this hotel to anyone, hotel staff were very pleasant and polite.
