I stayed here 2 nights while my home was still undergoing remodeling. I had stayed down the street at The Fairfield Inn, and knowing I will NEVER do that again I tried The comfort Inn.
I have no idea where the other reviewers got the idea about the smell. This hotel was clean, had no odor, and the staff was friendly to me. Dont expect that if you stay at the Fairfield Inn.
The room was comfortable, the pool area was ok.
The breakfast had cereal, milk, coffee, tea, juices, toast, bagels, waffles, yogurt, fruit, and hard boiled eggs.
I would stay here again. IT is also close to the Mall, restaurants, etc.

Lots of little ladybugs in the corner of the room. I didn't smell of smoke, but I'm a smoker so.... Very friendly staff. To address some of the complaints listed here... no there is no elevator - most two story hotels are without them. This was the cheapest hotel that I've stayed in with a comfortable atomosphere and would definitely go back.

I am 7 months pregnant and had to drag a heavy suitcase upstairs because there is no elevator! What do they do about handicapped people who didn't realize there was no elevator when they booked the room? What an inconvenience for them. Our non-smoking room stank like smoke (I was in a different room than my sister who also left a review). The air conditioner kept going on and off and was loud, waking me up from time to time. The shower head in the bathroom sprayed water from places it shouldn't, onto the floor. One of the blankets on my bed had torn, tattered edges, not even suitable to give away to Goodwill, let alone be on a hotel bed. I got the feeling that the hotel staff really didn't care or take pride in Comfort Inn. I wouldn't go there again.

The only positive things I can say about this hotel is that we got a good deal on the price, and it has been newly renovated. However, the bathroom was not clean and the whole place smelled of smoke, even in our supposed "Non Smoking Room".

This is a two-story motel, but there is no elevator. We had several pieces of heavy luggage, a baby, a car seat, a stroller, and my sister is 7 mo. pregnant. We would have never stayed here if we had known. Also, there was no one to help us carry anything up (bellhop).

The next worse thing was the bathroom. There was a pubic hair on the toilet tank, hair in the tub, and hair on the floor. The drain in the tub was clogged and the tub would fill up when we took a shower. We complained about this, but it wasn't fixed. There was never anyone at the front desk either unless we rung a bell. They seemed to be way understaffed.

There were three fairly large spiders in the room on the ceiling and cobwebs behind the curtains. The microwave didn't work.

The front desk only answered the phone about half the times we tried to call and they got our wake-up call wrong (called us at 4AM). They never had any spare blankets or pillows, and only put three towels in each room even though they sleep four. There is nothing in the form of travel items either except for a small shampoo and lotion.

The staff wasn't friendly. I felt like I was intruding and bothering them whenever I went to the desk for a towel or to let them know about the clogged drain. One of them even gave me a dirty look, but my son said not to take it personally because he had seen her to that to the other customers as well.

You can dress up a land fill, but you cannot cover it up.
