After years of staying in the older choice of hotels near the airport, the new Hampton is my new home when I visit the Quad area. It's exactly what I expect when I check into a Hampton.

We were beyond pleased with this hampton and wish they could ALL be this good! Probably the nicest chain lodging we've ever used. Had looked for QUAD-CITIES and thrilled we found this location. Only stayed one night headed for our long road-trip (3 weeks) out-west. Brand new in november 2006 with many new, upscale-ish touches. The regular Hampton features were a bit better than most (cookies were tastier, coffee / fruit fresher), nicer fitness center and extremely clean pool. When we saw how close it was to the airport we were a bit concerned, but never heard even one plane take off (are you sure thats an airport.....? lol) But seriously, I've stayed in marriotts that weren't as nice!

I'll agree with the previous poster. The hotel is very new and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is at the airport, but we never heard a plane. It is also a couple minutes from Interstates 280 and 74 for easy access. We enjoyed the proximity to the South Park Mall as well. The only downer was that the pool isn't open yet. Still finishing up the tile I think. The kids found that a bit of a bummer. We will stay there again the next time we're in the Quad Cities. It's nice that there is finally something in the Hilton Family in town.

This is a new hotel, clean, comfortable and convenient, right by the airport. They have a little gym and business center. You also get free parking, wireless Internet and breakfast. The rooms are larger than average hotel, toiletries pretty good quality and comfortable beds. I really liked this hotel and I will return next time my business takes me to Moline or Davenport.
