First of all, I am seeing a lot of complaints about Friday and Saturday nights. This pisses me off because there is about 500 people on the patio outside as well as almost 100 people inside eating. There is no way that anyone could possibly have excellent service on these nights when it is so packed.. There are only so many servers and so many cooks in the kitchen. THEY ARE ALL DOING THE BEST THEY CAN! It is a stressful job waiting on people. Not only do they have their own tables, but then there are other people who are trying to flag these servers down while they have a full tray of drinks that they need to drop off at their own tables. The food wait time is neither the server or the cooks fault.. Everyone is allowed to order from the menu, outside and well as inside, and they are making food for probably over 1,000 people that night. If you don't want to wait for food you should go somewhere else that is not busy. IT'S JUST COMMON SENSE THAT WHEN YOU SEE THAT MANY PEOPLE AND IT IS THAT BUSY THAT THE FOOD IS GOING TO BE A LONG TIME. Your server is not cooking your food and is not at fault that it takes so long. The managers cannot discount everyones bills! It is rude to be rude to the servers and say that its poor service when they are waiting on several tables that night and usually 10 people are sitting at all of their tables. Try going in on a Monday or Tuesday when it's not so busy I'm sure you would get great service MOST OF THE TIME and have your food a lot quicker and it wouldn't be cold. DON'T COME IN ON A BUSY NIGHT EXPECTING TO GET YOUR FOOD FAST. IT IS JUST NOT POSSIBLE FOR THAT TO HAPPEN. ITS COMMON SENSE PEOPLE!!!!! So be nice to your servers because you don't know the kind of things they go through! It's a stressful job and they don't appreciate being yelled at 24/7 and getting stiffed on bills.
