“Excellent base for a weekend exploring North Wales Child friendly!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2010

I have stayed at the Premier Inn hotels on previous occaisions and have found them to be extremely clean, well run and a perfect base for a short break. This stay was no different. Check in was quick and easy, the room immaculate and airey if slightly warm. Several tea/coffee making items and more available at reception. The Restaurant adjoined had a menu with plenty of choice even for picky children (and one with special dietary needs) at reasonable prices. Breakfast was a bargain at £7.75 for one adult and our 2 children ate free! The restaurant next door also had a childrens indoor and outdoor play area, handy if the weather is not good and something for the kids to do in the evening rather than sitting in a bedroom of a B & B! Beds are plush and comfy by the way - even found myself wanting to go to bed early to try it out!!!!

Just off the roundabout A55 junction 19, very convenient for Llandudno, Colwyn Bay and the Snowdonia National Park,Very spacious family room, clean and usual very good quality Premier Inn room, friendly staff and good food next door at the adjoining Brewers fare pub. Two meals for £10 before 18.30, and also a kids menu , be advised very busy at this time ensure you are in there before 18.00, as two nights running there were 30 minutes waiting time for a table, excellent breakfast next morning at £7.75 some say expensive but kids eat free, all you can eat, with full English and continental choices, we actually thought it was good for the money paid. Again 08.45 in a morning very busy for breakfast with quite a wait for cooked breakfast option.
Pub also has a supervised indoor play area, £ 2.00 per child in the playhouse which you can also observe from the restraunt , also an outdoor play area with bouncy castle £1.50 per child
Used the wireless internet service which in my opinion was not very impressive, and had to return to reception for another card due to conection problems, £5.00 for one hour or £9.00 for 24 hours which I feel lets Premier down ,okay i suppose if you are on buisiness and have an allowance but as most places I stay at nowadays offer free wifi access and this would be the only reason I would not stay here again, nothing to moan about really but after paying £70.00 for the room per night it doesn’t make it that much cheaper than the bigger luxury hotel chains after paying for breakfast as well
Slight moaning over, to sum up clean tidy hotel , friendly staff, good food, good location for Snowdonia & the North Wales coast.Worth a Stay

Stayed there in June 2010 and was very impressed. Room was lovely & clean. Kids play area was great as we could have a drink knowing the kids were happy & safe. Dinner was fantastic value - didn't get as cheap a meal for the rest of our stay in UK! Would definitely recommend this hotel & stay in Premier Inn next time we travel to UK.

We spent one night at the Prmier Inn at Llandudno Junction. It was clean, the rooms were a pleasant size and we liked having a play area (indoor and outdoor) for the children.
We used the pub which was attached, but we thought it was average. There is a McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut a couple of minutes drive away. Also a Tesco.
We would happily stay here again.
They did have wifi, but we didn't use it as there was a charge.

Having spent the previous 26 hours driving a party of family/friends on the '3 peaks challenge' from Ben Nevis, via Scafell Pike to Snowdon did we need a good hotel, hot bath and good food. This hotel and the associated Chef/Brewer restaurant provided all three in abundance. We were in the new annex which was very clean; lovely rooms and plenty of space.Staff were very friendly and helpful in both establishments. Breakfast was well organised and a good choice of cooked/continental food. Plenty of tables and staff at hand.Excellent value for money and next to the A55 (no noise) for a quick 'get-a-way the next morning.

Helpful and friendly staff in the hotel, love clean room and all as described and great value for money.

Breakfast was good however the staff member that served us at breakfast didn't seem as helpful as the rest. Evening meal was excellent value for money.

We had a meal which was inedible - cold-under cooked - very poor standard. On our complaint the manager did refund our money but his customer service attitude was VERY poor - we were not the only people to complain as i was aware of at least enother two tables were unhappy with the food and service.
