The pool room was 66 degrees, the pool water was 74, the hot tub and wireless internet do not exist. (The hotel advertises in-room wireless internet, a heated indoor pool and a hot tub.) Upon complaining I was told that internet access was available at the public computer in the front office and they were sorry about the lack of heat in the heated pool room.
The look of the hotel is deceiving also - The front office looks nice, but upon registration and payment you are directed outside through the back doors of the office to the rooms in the ugly, run down building located out back.
The rooms smelled like old socks, the tub was cracked and the bathroom featured rotting wood around the door.
Two of the three lights in the room were inoperable and the television randomly changed channels by itself. Bathroom lighting was good.
We stayed for approximately an hour, then checked out and found another hotel. The desk clerk (April) was pleasant, she informed us that the hotel manager (Beverly) was off that day and we should call her the next day about obtaining a refund of the room price.
This hotel has serious issues and reflect poorly on the Days Inn chain. Would not return to this hotel and would certainly not recommend it to others.
I checked out of the hotel within 40 minutes of registering and a week later I'm still being given the runaround for a refund.
