We stayed here with my family over Labor Day. We got 5 rooms and had no problem getting them all close to each other.
The rooms were nice, with the beds & a separate sitting area w/ couch & desk. The only thing I would have suggested is that the TV isn't viewable from the couch, only the beds.
The towels were actually pretty big & thick (although they weren't really soft). And, they had shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the room (having conditioner is quite rare!). We also had 4 sets of towels - which is also very rare in most hotels (they usually provide 3 sets).
The pool area is nice - nothing fancy, but it's not a Holidome! The pool water was an ok tempurature - not too cold, but not too hot. The hot tub was also nice. Everything was clean, and I don't really understand the prior person's comment about it being rusty & rickety - I didn't see that. Our only complaint about the pool area was that it was fairly small, so our family of 15 had to be kind of spread out.
They have a deluxe continental in the morning. During the week it goes until 9am and until 10am on the weekend. We asked if they had extended hours for the holiday & were told they didn't. However, the next morning, at about 9:10 they were putting fresh food out, so they obviously had extended it. They had a Belgium Waffle maker, with plain & blueberry waffle mix. They also had french toast, potatoes, cherry topping for the waffles or french toast, bagels, English Muffins, cereal, juice, yogurt, and more! The nicest thing about this hotel is the breakfast room/meeting room. The front desk said that we could hang out in there and that is where we spent most of our time. We were in there until after midnight on Sunday, and then spent most of Monday in there. They had plenty of tables set up, and we actually put snacks out on the tables they had set up for the breakfast buffet. So, they were very accomodating!
I would definitely recommend this hotel for just a quick overnight trip. It's not really close to too many things, but for a wedding or family reunion it's perfect. It's nothing fancy, but it's nice enough!

1st after securing our reservation with a credit card, they no longer had our reservation when we checked in at the appropriate time. They found us a different room but we needed 2 separate beds. So one person had to sleep on a very uncomfortable pull-out couch. The bed was also terrible. Additionally, the room was right next to an elevator and the location was too noisy so no one slept that night. Additionally, there was a sign taped up in the only elevator that contained profanities - it was there when we checked in and it was STILL there when we checked out. We spoke to the front desk at 7am to ask to speak to the manager about changing our room or honoring the 100% money back guarantee. The manager did not come in until 10am so we spoke to her by cell phone as we decided to go out to breakfast while waiting for the call. The manager claimed she did not have that authority and had to call corporate first. She called us back at approx 11:30 and said no shewould not honor that. We returned to the hotel immediately and checked out all before noon.

We next contacted the corporate office about the situation. Not only did they not honor it, they did not bother to discuss it with us, they simply sent us a letter stating that the manager on duty stated we did not bring the problem to her attention until after check out time (7am??!!)

And as for that pool, rusty and rickety.

Bottom line.
Staff: Empowered to do nothing, and don't seem to care anyway.
Management: Rude, dishonest, and lacks integrity.
Rooms: Uncomfortable.

We spent the next night at the Hilton which was only $20 more for the night yet receieved amazing service, incredibly comfortable beds and spacious accomodations. This Comfort Suites is not worth the little bit of savings.

There was nothing "major" wrong with this hotel but the shower didn't quite work, the staff wasn't helpful, the security door didn't work, etc. Affordable and great wireless access but enough other "issues" that I couldn't recommend it to other business travelers.

Stayed here for three days during a friend's wedding, and had a great time...the staff was super nice, and very helpful. I realized that I had forgotten a belt and my cufflinks (I was a little frantic that week) and they told me about 3 or 4 places in the area where I could get new ones. They also took care of cab logistics for us, so the taxis were waiting when we got downstairs.

They had a great breakfast buffet in the morning, and even though we got there 15 minutes after it closed, they were nice enough to bring out some more much needed sustenance for us. (you need lots of OJ after a polish wedding). Seriously, I've never eaten so much at a motel breakfast before.

The decor and stuff were all pretty nice, it seemed pretty new. The place was pretty quiet (well, except for us). The only thing was the pool was a bit cold, but the desk clerk told me the heater had just broken the day before, and it would be fixed by the next day. The only other con is there is no motel restaraunt for lunch or dinner, but there is a mcdonalds next door, and the staff guys know tons of good places to eat around.

All in all, I was really impressed with the place; it felt like a nice hotel in the city, but a third of the price, and free parking :) I highly recommend it.
