This hotel is consistently great. I've stayed here several times and have yet to very little if anything to complain about! Rooms are comfy, onsite restaurant great and staff very friendly.

Really good things -

1) Exercise room - ellipiticals, treadmills, free weights, TV's on equipment, towels and it overlooks the pool.

2) Restaurant - sandwiches are excellent and service fantastic. These guys go out of their way to ensure you have what you want. It's not overpriced either.

3) Room - clean and comfy.

4) Staff - helpful at every turn.

Couple of nuisances -

1) TV doesn't pull out and swivel. I hate that you can't watch TV while working at the desk.

2) Parking lot right in front is small and always full. Walking from side lot in the winter stinks.

3) Business center is all automated and not very user-friendly. I'll be hitting the FedEx Kinko's three minutes away every time.

All in all, great place at a great price. Close to the I-88...easy to get to from downtown or O'Hare. Will continue to stay here!

Stayed just one night at HIlton in Lisle/Naperville. Front desk service was excellent. Called me after I arrived at my room just to make sure everything was OK and to confirm my private car reservations for the next morning. Room has recently been remodeled with a spotless bathroom and shower. Cozy bar with excellent menu that was much cheaper and actually a better selection than the dinner room service menu. The staff could not have been more friendly and accomodating. Overall, a flawless stay. Highly recommend this hotel for the business traveler.

I just returned from a stay at this property on business and was disappointed with a few points. The concierge was good and the shuttle service quick and efficient. My room was nice, however, the bathroom had yet to be updated so it was old, a bit dingy, and there was a water leak in the ceiling from the room above (a traveling partner in another room has a much nicer, more modern bathroom). We had a few meals at the hotel and the food was very bland and unimpressive for an upscale hotel. The workout room was nice with new elipticals and treadmills, but there were very few free weights. I did see a sign that hotel visitors could go to a local workout facility free of charge (I believe) but did not go because of lack of time and lack of a vehicle. Unfortunately, internet access is a premium at this property and they charge accordingly...for the privledge of using the web, you pay a $2.99 activation fee and then 59 cents a minute!!!! WHAT?!?!?!? This should be included in the price of the hotel room for what they charge. The hotel is okay but not one I would use again based on the recent stay. Also, this hotel is located in a business area with no restaurants within walking distance. If you plan to stay long, you might want a car otherwise dining can become a problem (you can use the shuttle to go to some restaurants for free, others are a $15 service charge).

We stayed at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville over Thanksgiving weekend. We were familiar with the area and wanted to stay at another hotel, but the Hilton was cheaper. When we arrived, the manager told us that there was a wedding and a hockey team staying at the hotel, so he purposely put us on a floor on which none of those guests were staying, so that it would be quieter. The rooms were clean, but we noticed that night that our sink was broken. The next day, on our way out, we informed the front desk that our sink was broken. When we returned, the sink was fixed, maintenance had left us cookies, and we had a free certificate for dessert at the hotel restaraunt for our inconvenience! Our floor was very quiet. The one thing you have to be aware of is that housekeeping begins at 8 in the morning, so you have to put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door at night so housekeeping doesn't knock on your door in the morning. Be sure to take it off when you leave for the day!

This hotel is fairly close to the Chicago Premium Outlets, Oakbrook Center, and a few other shopping areas. It is along a tollway, so make sure to bring plenty of spare change. Tolls ranged from 60 cent to $1.

Also be sure to check out downtown Naperville, they have a shopping area (Ann Taylor, Barnes & Noble, Eddie Bauer, along with some local shops) and also a Giordano's Pizza. There are not a lot of restaraunts near the hotel, you have to travel around 10 minutes away.

I can't believe this was a Hilton, supposedly up-scale hotel I just stayed at.

To start my stay off my Grandma fell in the hotel lobby near the elevators where the floor was wet, without a "caution wet floor" sign.

Then we had requested a shuttle take us to the event we came to see, and were told we needed to make 5:30 reservations because 5:45 was already taken. 5:30 came and went, 5:45 came and went and no shuttle. We were told he was on his way, but never showed up. The shuttle finally showed up at 6, and basically followed us to the event. After talking to someone that rode the shuttle, the driver had no idea anyone needed a ride anywhere.

Then to top of the cake with icing, after getting back to the hotel around 10 pm from this event, we went swimming until 11 and went back to our room to get ready for bed; only to sit down into a wet bed. We called front desk and they sent a maintenance man with towels for us, however the bed was wet with urine from a previous guest that had stayed there. There were clean sheets on top of a soiled mattress. So at 12 pm we had to be moved to another room.

In the morning, we told the Assistant Manager and told her about our misfortunes and we NEVER received an apology. After other family members had complained to the same woman about their experiences we were told if anyone else came up to complain we would be kicked out.

This is HILTON'S CUSTOMER SERVICE for you!!!!
