Ate at Wildfire while in Lincolnshire on a business trip. As a party of 1 I was seated in the bar area. Waiter "Jerry D." was so uninterested it was slightly humorous. Others clearly enjoyed their job (and earning tips) much more than he did. I was not informed of the specials although other waitpersons delivered the news to their tables, and he never once checked in on me or any of his guests near my booth. Anyway, the food was good. Spinach salad was fresh with loads of toppings and the spit roasted chicken was very tasty. The meat was tender and moist. Mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious. Good food - bad service.
