A friend recommended we visit; the restaurant had recently changed hands and had a new chef. Our meal was a big disappointment. Started with the shrimp and grits, which the server told us was "easily sharable." It was not -- nor was it the rich, wonderful southern shrimp and grits one gets throughout New Orleans and Savannah. It was a pale imitation. Our biggest disappointment was with the entrees. The bone-in rib steak, which we requested "medium rare" arrived medium well and lacked any seasoning whatsoever. The accompanying diced potatoes had the texture and look of cubed boiled potatoes, rather than fried and both the potatoes and the asparagus hash had a very unpleasant, pungent herb, which made the sides completely inedible. There were no standouts to our meal; pretty much everything was a disappointment. I was quite unimpressed and will not return.
