This property is built on the site of a youth camp, basically the same grounds with some new buildings. No landscape design, not even an idea of design - just a few concrete blocks here and there across the small pond (unswimmable). It's used mostly for corporate events, so the idea is that nothing is included. You get breakfast and lunch, then you have to pay for everything - use of the pool, sports equipment (even the volleyball) etc.
Rooms are OK but the furniture and bath facilities are getting desperately old. No sound-proofing at all, you can hear your neighbours coming and going.
Food is soviet-era style, served half-cold on a grotesque version of "buffet". Dinners are better, but the lack of service is easily noticed, especially for the price you pay. Service is low in every area (except for the animation team), because the staff comes from nearby villages, and I doubt that there's any training.
Basically, the same goes to the sister property (Foresta Festival Park), though the accomodation is slightly better.
Can't find a single reason to recommend any of them.
