We are regulars at Texas Roadhouse eating there about once a week. Being from the south it is great for me because they have sweet tea.
The atmosphere is what you would expect. Country music is playing, peanuts on the floor and you can occasionally see the staff dancing to the song "Trouble" by Travis Tritt. Be prepared for a wait if you come on the weekend. It's a popular place.
Love their bread and cinnamon butter! They bring it as they are seating you which is nice. No waiting for it. They also have the best crutons! So many places theirs are as hard as a rock. I wish I knew where they bought them because you can't find them at the stores.
We usually get steak and only once has it come out not cooked the way we ordered it. Occasionally the wait has been long on our order. Last night for instance. Although the manager on duty last night seemed to be on the ball. He was right out front being very involved. Nice to see that.
My only conplaint for this restaurant is that some of the booths need to be redone. Our booth seat had a big rip down the center of the fabric. I was surprised it was in such bad condition.
Besides that I definitely think you would enjoy this restaurant.
