This was the first time I had walked into a swaminarayan temple in my life ( even though I am from india ). I just could not speak for a few minutes. I was staring at the excellent craftsmanship for almost 10 to 15 minutes.

Woodwork, marble-work. amazing. Photography is prohibited and you are supposed to maintain strict silence. It is after all a place of worship. But more than half the visitors come there to just check out the temple architecture.

Anybody living within a two hour drive should visit this temple. You will not be disappointed. Kids.. I am not sure if they would like it. There are not much activities for kids..
