We were going to the Sears Centre for an event and found the mariott to be top notch. Very efficient staff seemed ready to for the large groups at the hotel, and I had no troubles during my brief one night stay.

I have stayed here multiple times. This is a newer Marriott - about 5 years old. Nice, good sized rooms. Everything is in good condition. Nice workout room and pool facility. 19" TV -could stand to be updated, but full cable. No free internet - typical for full service Marriotts. Overall, no regrets. I saw another review on location. There is a new strip center right next door. There are a few restaurants, but if you plan to stay more than a few days, better have a car - you will be driving.

Thsi hotel is clean. its location os not good if you dont have a car, as there is nothing around!

Ate in the restaurant twice, the food is only just OK.

We stayed for 2 nights over Thanksgiving weekend. Property seems fairly new. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Was a great location for us, since we were attending basketball games at the Sear's Arena, which was about 1 mile away. You can see the arena from the hotel, but it's a pretty good walk, especially if the weather is bad.

A couple of little things you need to consider. Access to internet runs at $9.99/day. Prices for drinks in the bar are equivalent to airport prices ($4.50 for domestic bottled beer). Best bet is to go 2 blocks to the Buffalo Wild Wings. We did not eat in the hotel restaurants. We did order a pizza one night through room service. First one they brought us was cold, but they worked quickly to prepare and bring a hot pizza.
