This hotel is located right across the parking lot from the mall so it was convenient for shopping. We coincidentally got to deal with managers when we didn't get the rollaway bed we requested and then had questions on our bill. Let me tell you, both of their customer service and attitudes were lacking. I couldn't imagine what the normal employee attitudes are like. Luckily, we truly are an easy to please group, and just needed a place to sleep. Not sure I would say the place was clean. We did find a dead bug in the sheets. The complimentary breakfast had more choices than you would typically see, but once again it came down to whether an emloyee cared enough to replenish supplies. (For example, every coffee thermos was empty. Seems pretty basic). Stay here if you are not picky and get a good deal. Otherwise, it might be wise to look elsewhere

The hotel has been renovated since the last time I stayed at the
hotel. Our room had a fridge and microwave, large tv and very comfortable beds with 4 pillows per bed. We slept great! No noise! The decor was very nice and updated. We did not use the pool or hot tub so cannot comment on those. Great restaurants nearby and Gurnne Mills Mall is in the parking lot.

The only thing that could have been a little better was the breakfast. It was pretty much muffins, bagels, cereal and donuts. There wasn't any yogurt or anything. They did have oatmeal and hot water.

Just returned from a stay at this hotel. My sister and I found their website online, we were searching for a clean, nice hotel near six flags. Overall we thought the price wasn't too bad. When we arrived, they gave us a higher price on the room. I showed them my confirmation and then they changed the rate to the lower one, which I had in my hand. Then they wanted to charge an additional $150.00 in case on incidentals. Their was an additional charge for the safe in our room. If we wanted the charge off our bill, we had to tell them at check out that they needed to remove that charge as we didn't use their safe.

The room was very outdated and small, beds were doubles (didn't even know people still used those). The tiles in the bathroom were all loose, and up, bathroom small. Coffee pot in the room, which we attempted to use the next morning, didn't even work. The hotel had a horrible smell. The swimming pool and hot tub were small but adequate. Also, we were informed that the following day there would be no water for 4 hours during our stay.

The free cont. breakfast in the am, was bad, what else could you say.

Overall, I would never come again. I also will be watching my credit card bill very closely when it arrives, as this hotel attempted to charge us for everything and anything.

The only good thing is their location was close to the shopping mall and six flags.
