Food is disgusting
Ate the pizza (should be called Pizza Quik from Ragu) at the pool and the Nachos- just bad and expensive
Service is awful/ Non existant
No one there to take my order at the only place to get drinks at the pool) Time was around 6:00 on a Friday Night, April 1.
Guests and Staff
If you don't have a tatto and at least 50 pounds of extra body weight, you'll be an anomaly. Essentially, this place is loaded with the people from walmart if you've seen that website (www.peopleofwalmart.com). The staff is all tatted up, but I guess that is the new norm. Still it shows the class level you're dealing with at this place.
Not horrible, but for $400 for a night I'd expect a drain in the bathtub to drain at a normal rate, the paint on the walls not to be chipping off and a closet somewhere in the room.
The Waterpark Itself
Kids (7, 6 & 4) absolutely loved it, they loved the lazy river, the slides, etc. but the lines were ridiculous everywhere. There were more people than tubes available so it was luck if you were able to get a tube. There was no place to put our stuff as every single chair and table were taken in the whole place. Yes, rental lockers were available for a charge and another line to get one, but totally inconvenient.
I got a nice rash on my stomach and my chest after going in the lazy river and my daughter came home with pink eye, other than that there were minimal diseases. Maybe a staff infection or two had occurred as a sign stated apologies from the Park for potential staff infections.
The completely disingenous apologies and rhetoric by your friends at key lime cove on this website are laughable. How about taking care of the issue while on site rather than a bs statement on a public website.
Overall, I am disgusted by the place and couldn't get out of there fast enough. Skip, skip, skip this place or you'll regret it. I'm ashamed we went here and will be driving the extra 2 hours to the Dells for future Waterpark experiences.

We recently renovated Sharky’s Big Bites, including the menu. We are seeing immediate improvements and hope that you do visit again to see the new changes.
I’m happy to hear that your children enjoyed the waterpark. Spring Break is a peak time for us and I do encourage you to visit during a slower time, such as May or September, when the crowded waterpark is not an issue.
