This cozy gem of a restaurant is like like coming home to family where authentic Italian food awaits you. The entrance could be easily missed but don't - once inside you will be warmly greeted by this family owned and operated restaurant. The seating is limited but worth the wait. The menu offers a wide variety of Italian specialities. The calamari is awesome and can be prepared 3 ways - get the combined order for full flavor experience. The create your own pasta dish covers all that you would want - including gluten free pasta! I opted for the scallops, sauteed in herbs, over a bed of spinach served with perfectly oven crisp vesuvio potatoes. The wine menu offers a good selection and there is a full bar with great martini's - at least that is what I heard from the group that sat next to us. You can expect a wait on a Saturday night and since it is a small venue, it can be noisy with a full crowd. Finally, wear stretch denim-the portions are quite generous - you will most likely have enough left to bring home for tomorrow's dinner.
