My husband and I dined at Waterleaf last night and will definitely go back! We started with two appetizers -- the (in house) smoked salmon (the horseradish cream that was served with it was perfect) and the crab ravioli with ginger broth, which was probably our favorite dish of the night! My husband absolutely loved his pork chop (huge portion, cooked perfectly) and I enjoyed the filet (done perfectly and seasoned well). We ended by splitting the chocolate pave, served with peanut butter ice cream and raspberry sauce. We have dined at many fine restaurants and this restaurant will stand up to them. The chef also offers a nice treat at the beginning and end of your meal. Last night it was a small crostini topped with smoked trout to start off the meal and ended with a delightful sweet treat. Give this place a try....you won't regret it!
