Wanted to stay on main street with our group of 10. Found Carriers Vintage Inn at the end of Main street. Free off street parking right behind the building. The manager Brent was very nice. We had two suites in the building. Basement with easy access from parking for the older people in our group. Suite had two small bedrooms, tiny kitchen with full size frig and stove and a mircowave, coffee pot, also small living room with sofa and chair. Other suite was top floor with two bedrooms, large living room, dinning room and full kitchen with micro and coffee pot. The bathroom had huge whirpool tub. Each suite had juice along with muffins and fruit oh and a supply of coffee and filter. The top floor suite had a huge back deck and the walk out basment suite had a nice area to sit and enjoy your coffee. Our group loved being able to park our van and walk out the door right downb main street. Building had beautiful old wood work. We enjoyed our stay at Carrie's vintage inn and will stay again if we get back to Galena.
