“What a Wonderful Week!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2014

I took my aunt on a 5 day break to This Warner Leisure hotel, we had a great time! The food was really good, carvery and menu daily. You kept your own table, where you could remain for the evening's entertainment. The entertainment team worked so hard, there were activities all through the day, and shows in the evenings.
All the guests were friendly, and there was no one under 18 of course, so no rowdiness at night! We upgraded to a chalet on the cliff top with a wonderful view of the sea. We had everything we needed in there. It was easy to drive around Suffolk, and visit Lowestoft and Gt Yarmouth and some of the pretty villages, and it was about a half hour drive to the quaint seaside town of Southwold.

Room Tip: Upgrade to the chalets if you can, they are right on the cliff, easy access, stunning view of the oc...

Just had a lovely weekend at Corton Grange. Perfect weather, great entertainment and fantastic food. The one downside was getting there. The traffic around Kings
Lynn was dreadful and made it a long journey for just a weekend.

Room Tip: Chalets overlooking sea look beautiful, but pricey. We had garden views. All chalets are close to am...

We stayed for a Monday to Wednesday break recently. This time I booked us (two couples) into ground floor suites, and we were in Blythe, which directly overlooks the sea. The suites are lovely, very modern decor, huge bedroom, and space in the middle of the two rooms for cases, and plenty of room for my disabled husband's mobility fold up scooter. The terrace and gardens are immaculate, staff are very pleasant and helpful, the food, as always, was lovely, and we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather for the time we were staying there. The entertainment on both nights was good, and the Bingo is soon over! The table we were given was in an excellent position, and the waiter and waitress were both hard working and pleasant. We've been to many different Warners, but probably, due to it's size and lovely location, this one is my favourite. Over the years Corton has had many facelifts and improvements, and is now a very pretty and comfortable place to spend a few days.

Room Tip: Blythe suits are in a fantastic position, it's worth paying the extra for the space, especially...

We recently went for the 60's weekend. Great fun. Excellent entertainment. All the staff work very hard and are extremely helpful. Good food but mostly self service. The table you have for dinner is also yours for viewing the show so it would be helpful to have a table nearer to the dance floor than we were. We moved in the end to the bar and viewed the show from the side. Plenty of choice of food. Situated right by the sea so with this lovely weather it was an ideal location. Small swimming pool. Plenty of outside activities and also inside if you wish.

Room Tip: We wanted to be near all the facilities. You can pay more and have a sea view. Rooms small and the...

Just spent four nights at Corton, we had a great time, lots to do if you want or just laze around. The gardens are beautiful, as was our room which had a sea view. The food was excellent and our waitress was delightful. A couple of little niggles, the water served at dinner was tepid and the dinng room was very hot, apart from this great. We have booked for next year!

Room Tip: The downstairs rooms have a small patio area outside.

I have just celebrated my 60th birthday at Corton. I loved it because it is so near the sea and the whole place has a beach feel. The entertainment was excellent the entertainment team are lovely.
You get a table for meals and keep it all night, it is possible to move around as lots of people do not stay there after dinner. The food is as good as every Warners I have been to, excellent. The swimming pool is quite small but no always busy. This is a small compact resort which I liked.
I travelled by train to Lowestoft and then got a bus which stopped very close by in Station Road and then a short walk through the alley.
There are steps down to the shore (quite a lot) and a short walk to a beach
It is also only 20mins walk to another Warners(Gunton Hall) where you can use the facilities.
I will definitely be returning.

Room Tip: Overlooking the beach garden 50's give a sea view
