“Good Burger Option”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2014

I ordered the original 1/3 lb. burger on a pretzel roll. I like the option of choosing the type of bun. The burger was cooked well and tasted good. My friend and I split an order of sweet potato fries. They were crunchy and very tasty. I’d recommend ordering them. The burger, fries, and a drink ran $12. Kind of expensive, but since they don’t have waitress service you save on the tip.

We ended up sitting outside. The patio needs a little work. The chairs were comfortable, but there was only one umbrella. There’s a dead tree hanging over the patio that’s going to have to be taken down before branches start falling off. Overall, this is a good place to get a burger. I’ve been there a few times and have not been disappointed. The staff if uber-friendly.

As of this writing, there are seventy-one restaurants in Elmhurst. I plan on eating at, and reviewing, every one. For my complete list see 'eatingelmhurst.blogspot.com'

“Great burgers”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

Cozy, build you own burger, nice value, pleasant staff. Seating area is rather small. Best to go during not so prime times. Crowd moves quickly. Can be in and out within 45 minutes.

“Great burgers, sloooow service, kinda pricey”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2014

The food here is really quite good. Burgers are great and I love the homemade veggie burger (not a frozen, flat patty). There is usually a long line and it seems to take forever for them to take orders. Once we got to the front of the line and had to wait several minutes while the cashier just looked at us because if she put our order in, the kitchen would be swamped. I suppose that's a sign that the place is good, but it cause us to avoid it, so maybe it's not THAT good. Good to have once in a while or during off-peak hours, but too pricey and too long a wait to become regulars.

“More than just burgers”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 13, 2014 via mobile

The choices are unlimited....beef, chicken, turkey, burgers, salads sandwiches, fries, onion rings etc.
coke burger was great they have a coke sauce that is very tastey, build your own burgers you can chose anything and the have everything you can think of for a add on. We also tried a stuffed burger that was a bit on the raw side and it is huge!! If you like your burger well done then chose something else.
Their fries are skinny, fresh fries you can add cheese on them, get sweet potato fries and what was really great is their staff walks around and will get refills for your drink....how nice is that?
It's not a huge restaurant so during bust times you will wait in line and wait for a table....seems families with small children like to sit....staff very helpful, burgers 5.99-10 I think it's worth it...very fresh everything yummy!

“Good Variety of Burgers”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 3, 2014

Good variety of burgers. Two restaurants in the area. One in Elmhurst, and one in La Grange. If you are in the area, try em out. I forgot how the fries were, so I guess I need to go back and order from here again!
